I’m always glad to hear the beautiful Danish language in use, accompanied by relaxing and fresh electronic sounds. Could it be any better? Just listen to the new single, entitled “Sommer”, that has recently been released by Nicolai Kornerup and Hannah Schneider, known as AyOwa.
Everyone’s already waiting for and missing summer holidays. There’s always something unpredictable, exciting, new, foolish and childish. As we all know, this time passes far far too fast. There’s a constant longing for summer and both its pleasures and regrets. Sounds pretty mysterious and nostalgic. Just like the first single “Sommer”. AyOwa gives us much more than this. It’s not only a guilty pleasure, but also a kind of inner experience. Just find your earphones and enjoy the wonderful, calming vocals, subtle beats and the generous bass of this new song, that literally flung out of a blue summer sky.
