There are bands that have pop – the real, true, beautiful, innocent pop – in their blood. Kadie Elder is one of those bands. Or duos, to be more detailed. Anders Rask and Morten Kærup Hjort are now making music as Kadie Elder and their new single “Kids On The Moon” is out there, for your listening pleasure!
Kadie Elder attracted Good because Danish’s attention with their first release “Kadie Elder” from 2013. Then they kept on doing good music, like the last single “First Time He Kissed A Boy”, released in fall 2014. Now the bright, pop compositions with thoughtful lyrics continue, as “Kids On The Moon” is a song that will make your feet moving and your ears – really listening to what the duo has to say.
There is something in the lead singer’s voice, which makes him sound very spiritual and festively. The pop melody balances that impression and all in all – makes Kadie Elder’s music to music for everybody. No matter what your life status is, you can find something to enjoy in the songs. And that’s what music should do – eliminate the differences and join people in a common celebration of life and its beauty. Kadie Elder does that in the new single.
