GbD Authors Take-Over - KASIA BLOG

KASIA has the craving of going to concerts in her blood and is a great photographer, too. You can literally feel that she loves music, so she’s never scared of diving into new stuff and is interested to know what’s fresh out there – not only on the Danish music scene.

Kasia is our person for “special missions”, a GbD private detective, if you want to say so: she does her job, after she gets to know what to write about and we can be sure that she will deliver a super professional text, but also – enthusiastic messages and a refreshing, positive curiosity about the newly discovered music!

Her playlist is filled with true Danish summer vibes!

Safri Duo – All the People in the World (feat. Clark Anderson)

I don’t remember a summer without turning on Safri Duo’s music, especially this song. This should be a legally stated “summer MUST listen to” track on every playlist!

Moon Ryder – Moon Ryder
A typical “summer tune” – light, pleasant, a song that perfectly fits to driving a car.

MØ – Don’t Wanna Dance
The chorus of this song doesn’t let you stand still, no matter what are you doing at the moment. You just have to move!

Lust for Youth – Epoetin Alfa
A song to please your trips, both the longer and the shorter ones.

Waitress – Against It
It’s a 100% “festival” song, creating the right atmosphere before the summer event happening in the open air.

Gerda Monroe – Understood
Gerda Monroe is one of the coolest artists that I’ve heard recently. This song, in my opinion, is the best track on her great debut solo EP.

The Olympics – Monument
Very energetic track, helping you when you need an extra kick to start your day or when the weather beats you down.
