Another song from the VINTERTUR Project 2014 is here. The band decided to release a new album by sharing 1 song from it every month. The forth one is called “Beaches”.
Last month when Good because Danish was posting about the song “Yeah”, we were hoping VINTERTUR won’t sound too much like Spleen United. And… they don’t! With “Beaches” they showed that they have a different idea for their music.
“Beaches” is a strong song, which shows the maximum potential of the vocals. It’s like listening to an electronic version of Joy Division in a way.
We still feel the strong vibe of the 80’s and 90’s music in the new song, but this time it explores a bit more dark sides of the sound. The guitar part is somehow so Danish, that you can feel the spirit of Trentemøller and The Raveonettes in the song, even tho the music is 100% different.
This month’s artists that took care of the visual frame of VINTERTUR‘s music are: Sara Gade (artwork) and Anders Hvenegaard (video clip director).
“Beaches” is dangerous and sexy – like a very, very attractive woman that you can’t keep your eyes off. Don’t do it then, just follow her wherever she will lead you to.
