While some of the bigger Danish names are currently touring Poland (check out Dobre bo duńskie!), it is always a real pleasure to discover the slightly smaller ones in Denmark itself. Thus it happened last Saturday where Green Lives and Heimatt joined forces to play an amazing concert in the nicely rough club Kødbøderne 18 in Copenhagen’s Meatpacking District (Kødbyen).

Green Lives’ airy pop tunes with a twist and catchy melodies to hum along were later followed by Heimatt’s folk that convinces with melancholic lyrics or invites to dance to its upbeat sound.

A great combination and two promising bands you should keep an eye – or better ear on! We definitely will do so.
