SPOT-Festival-2016 GbD recommendations NEWSince I am not only a sucker for visual treats but also one of the lucky girls to represent Good because Danish at this year’s SPOT Festival, you can basically expect me to snap a whole lotta impressions of lovely, photogenic Danes Aarhus. To check out these impressions before all the others, remember to follow us over on Instagram – where I already shared my personal recommendations for SPOT Festival 2016:

1. EXEC

Under the moniker of his new solo project EXEC, Troels Abrahamsen serves supernal, dramatic, almost awe-inspiring piano music that reaches the listeners’ deepest emotions and doubts their innermost beliefs. A real genius live-gem that you won’t wanna miss at this year’s SPOT Festival!

2. Emilie Ramirez

With her deep, soulful voice, the experimental buzzing sounds inspired of trap music and R’n’B and her long shiny brunette hair, Emilie Ramirez seems like a gorgeous amazon, who’s (successfully!) putting a spell on her audience. For me a must-see of true female power!

3. Vakle

Since I basically had an instant-crush on nonchalant cool cat Vakle, who combines a background as singer with raw influences from the English underground in her very own take on electronic music, there’s no way around catching her show at this year’s SPOT Festival. Hands-down: girls rock!
