Christmas shots - KADIE ELDER 1

Christmas time is here, everybody! This year Good because Danish wants to celebrate it by giving a little inside look into what Danish artists love about this time of the year. We asked a bunch of lovely musicians to finish five sentences for us, so you can find out what their favourite things about Christmas are!

We invited Anders Rask from Kadie Elder to have the fourth round of “5 shots (of Christmas schnapps) with us. This project made us smile, dance and believe in good pop music during the passing year with their single “Kids on the Moon” – and we can’t wait to hear more in 2016! But before that, let’s find out about some of Kadie Elder’s Christmas favorites here:

The best thing about Christmas is family being gathered.

A “Julefrokost” I will never forget was when I played at a Christmas party. They showed me the backstage room, which was fine and cozy with a lot of booze. I sat down and got ready to eat, unfortunately they forgot the food backstage, and said: “you can either eat with us, or you can have some “coke” (cocain) instead…..”. I nicely turned the coke down, but I guess now I know that I look like a drug addict :)

If I could be Santa Claus for one night, I would make sure that no one, that didn’t wish for it, would sit by themselves….And find the hottest milf in town and ask her to be Santa’s Little helper :))))

Our biggest wish for 2016 is to play Spot Festival, and use that window to play a lot more live shows outside DK.

Last but not least: my favorite Christmas song. It doesn’t happend that often, that excellent new Christmas tunes occur, but when it does it’s, it’s pretty awesome. And this one is even Danish. Hymns from Nineveh – “Christmas is here”.
