There is something incredibly appealing about watching little humanoid robot beings on journeys through their universes – I mean, who doesn’t like Disney’s WALL·E?

After Good Evening People, who animated their “Hope Machine with a Tambourine” for the video to their song of the same name (watch it HERE again), the next Aarhus-based band introduces us to another likeable machine-creature:

In their latest music video to the song “Battlefields (The Growing up and Tearing Apart)”, NovemberDecember send out a little square-headed robot running over a lilac coloured planet. We can follow it into a mysterious forest, onto snowy mountains, through a dessert and over the rough sea on its raft – all in time with the music. We can follow it overcome all obstacles on its journey, and we can see how it learns and grows up.

And probably that’s the reason why we enjoy watching little humanoid robot beings on journeys through their universes – because their journeys remind us of our very own ones in life…
