temperMy Heart the Brave, who has already provided us with some tunes for this summer’s playlist before, released a new song on 24. April – and with it yet another suiting addition to said list:

“Temper” is compared to the other tracks surprisingly danceable and evokes slight connotations to formations like MGMT, Foster The People or even German 80’s synthpop group Modern Talking.

Caspar Hesselager
, the man behind My Heart the Brave himself, describes “Temper” as “very direct and straight forward song, but with a few twists and turns here and there.”

True to its name the track has quite some temperament: “I really wanted something that felt like it was shredding or tearing things apart, and something that really drove the song forward”, explains Caspar Hesselager the spirit of his new song – “The lyrics are pretty dramatic and attempt to match that feeling. At the same time, it’s more “dance-y” than most of my stuff, hopefully hitting both your feet and mind!”

We can definitely see us dancing and uhh-hu uhh-hu’ing along this catchy tune:
